Biography of Pastor King's Bio⸻
James King, III
James is the founder of Healthy Vessels Ministries in Bethany, CT.
James came to know the Lord in South Carolina at the age of 19. As he matured into young adulthood, he migrated to Connecticut in search for a better job opportunity. He soon found a church home and became an avid reader of the Holy Bible. The more he read, the blue print for daily living became clearer to him, and he knew that he had been blessed with something within himself that brought him joy that the world did not give.
Because of his thirst and hunger for the Word of God, the community came to know him as a man of God who finds joy in sharing the wisdom, knowledge, understanding and love of God to others.
He began working for the Lord with his church’s outreach ministry under the leadership of the late Pastor Wilhemina Redmon helping win many souls for God’s kingdom, and later became a Christian counselor for Gibbs Sober House under the leadership of Apostle Bernice and Pastor Willie Gibbs for six years in New Haven, CT.
James was ordained as Elder in September of 2006 under the leadership of Pastor Leroy M. Deberry, Sr. of Prayer Dome Ministries.
He has studied under the tutelage of Apostles, Bishops and Pastors. He has several certificates of merit for the completion of studies from diverse ministries and bible schools including: Rhema Bible School, Jerry Savelle Ministries International, and The First Cathedral (formerly known as The First Baptist Church of Hartford, CT).
James attended (MITT) Middlesex Institute of Theology and Technology in Middletown, CT where he obtained a degree in biblical studies.
James was installed into the office as Pastor in September of 2014 by officiators Apostle William J. McKissick, Jr (New Jerusalem Christian Center Church, Middletown, CT) and Prelate Apostle Felton O. Best of (International Fellowship of Sanctuary of Faith & Glory Churches,-Windsor, CT).
He is married to Lady Sarita King and has two sons Darius and Jamuel.
Pastor James believes the most important thing to know about him is, he loves the Lord with all of his heart and soul and will serve Him always.
